Experience our filaments risk-free. You have 31 full days to decide if they are the perfect fit for your projects.

1. Returns & Exchanges

At Printing Maker, we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 31 days of receipt.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in their original packaging.
For filaments, the vacuum seal must be intact to ensure the material remains moisture-free for future use (unless the product is defective).
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

2. Our Product Guarantee

We take pride in our manufacturing standards. Our Printing Maker Guarantee covers:

Consistent Diameter: If you encounter significant clogs due to diameter fluctuations beyond ±0.03mm.
Material Integrity: If the spool arrives damaged or the vacuum seal is compromised during transit.
Performance: If the filament does not perform according to the technical specifications provided.

*Note: Issues caused by improper printer settings or storage after opening are not covered under the quality guarantee.*

3. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
